The IUSCCC Early Career Investigator Award aims to provide pilot/feasibility research project funding for early career researchers in fields related to cancer. This includes a broad spectrum of research areas such as basic, translational, or clinical cancer research (covering diagnostics, therapeutics) and population science research (addressing prevention, survivorship, quality of life, epidemiology). The focus is to support projects that will advance the career goals of the applicants. The grant offers a one-year funding period, with a budget cap of $50,000.
