Local Grantmaking: Alabama

The Boeing Grant aims to support programs that align with its key pillars: Our Future, Our Heroes, and Our Homes. It seeks to:

1. Strengthen the pipeline of skilled workers through cradle-to-career pathways, focusing on early learning, sustained interest in STEM disciplines, and workforce preparation.
2. Support veterans and their families with high-quality training and skill development, recovery, and rehabilitation programs, focusing on post-traumatic stress, moral and physical injuries, and suicide prevention.
3. Make strategic investments to support dynamic communities, focusing on economic mobility, community well-being, and recidivism prevention, with special emphasis on underserved communities and entrepreneurs of color.

The grant program is designed to inspire future generations, empower heroes (veterans and their families), and strengthen the communities Boeing calls home, with a particularly strong focus in North Alabama.
