The mission of the Alabama Power Foundation is to support community development by investing in initiatives across five key areas: Educational Advancement, Civic and Community Development, Arts and Cultural Enrichment, Health and Human Services, and Environmental Stewardship.
The ABC Trust Community Grant Program focuses on supporting nonprofits and faith-based organizations dedicated to meeting the health and human needs of low-income individuals in Alabama. It provides financial assistance up to $500 annually. Additionally, the grant supports agencies offering energy assistance to households earning at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline.
