The Grand Victoria Riverboat Fund aims to fund projects and programs that: 1) Promote or enhance education and training related to community and government improvement, 2) Address a broad spectrum of environmental issues, and 3) Support initiatives that promote economic and community development. Eligible projects should foster cooperation among organizations without duplicating services, demonstrate practical approaches to current issues, enhance or improve the self-sufficiency and effectiveness of area organizations, and emphasize prevention strategies.
