JCF Community Impact Operational Support Grants

The grant program aims to address the operational needs of nonprofit organizations, with a special emphasis on supporting efforts that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in Jackson County, Michigan. This initiative is jointly funded by the Community Needs Endowment Fund and a contribution from the Consumers Energy Foundation. Nonprofit organizations that serve Jackson County and possess a 501(c)3 status are eligible to apply for Operational Support Grants, which are scaled according to the organization's annual budget:

• Nonprofits with an annual budget under $150,000 may apply for up to $10,000.
• Nonprofits with an annual budget between $150,000 and $500,000 may apply for up to $15,000.
• Nonprofits with an annual budget over $500,000 may apply for up to $20,000.

This approach intends to bolster nonprofit operations, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively serve the community and support inclusivity initiatives.
