The Community Foundation for the CSRA aims to enhance the quality of life for residents of Augusta and its surrounding communities, including Richmond, Columbia, McDuffie, and Burke counties in Georgia, as well as Aiken and Edgefield counties in South Carolina. For over 25 years, they have connected the philanthropic spirit of community members with local nonprofits and community initiatives, grounded in a collective desire to promote regional well-being.
Women in Philanthropy is a grant program under the Community Foundation for the CSRA, designed for a group of over 200 women who are dedicated to addressing the unique needs of women and children in the Central Savannah River Area. The program supports causes across arts, education, and health and social well-being, aiming to effect positive change in these areas within the local communities.
