    We were contacted by management to come pick up the donation in person, and it was required that whomever picked it up MUST have a membership or they would not release the funds. We sent them our 501c3 paperwork multiple times, but the manager kept misplacing it. Other employees at Customer Service had no idea what we were talking about so we had to wait for everyone to figure out what to do with us. When we finally received the donation, they wrote us a check for $50. While we are grateful for the donation, the amount of time it took and the hoops we had to jump through in order to receive such a low amount almost made it not seem worth the effort.
